Child Safety Standards Policy – Cracy
Cracy ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to providing a safe environment for all users, with a strong emphasis on protecting minors. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behavior involving child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE).
Any violation of this policy will result in immediate enforcement actions, including content removal, account suspension or termination, and reporting to appropriate legal authorities where required.
1. Zero-Tolerance for CSAE
Cracy strictly prohibits:
- Any content depicting or promoting child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Grooming behavior, predatory communication, or solicitation involving minors
- Sharing, storing, or distributing illegal content involving minors
- Any attempt to bypass safeguards related to child safety
We actively work to detect, prevent, and remove such content from our platform.
2. Proactive Detection & Moderation
We implement a combination of:
- User reporting systems
- Content review workflows
- Automated detection signals (where applicable)

We also maintain records where legally required to support investigations and compliance.
6. Protection of Minors
Cracy does not knowingly allow individuals under the age of 13 to use the platform. If we become aware that a user under this age has created an account, we will take immediate steps to remove such accounts and associated data.
